The FIRST Lord Dahrendorf Special Award for the SME Sector was presented to Sophi Tranchell MBE, Managing Director of Divine Chocolate Ltd. The awards were presented by Rt Hon Dr Vince Cable MP, Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills at a ceremony at Marlborough House.
